I am really pleased with the care you provide, you keep me updated on any concerns you have, and are very flexible when times need to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances. I wish to keep mum in her existing accommodation for as long as possible, without her going into a care home and this is only possible with the help of your team of carers. Thank you.
Just a short note to say how happy we have been with the care provided by consultancy care … Savita and her team.Mum has been receiving care for 10 years, at first, just a single daily visit moving to four visits a day as her Parkinson’s condition and old age progressed, at first it was just helping to get dressed but later on a hoist was needed, the carers managed the hoists, getting food, medication as well as general getting up from bed, moving to chair ( tv on loud ) bathing etc. Mum loved the team of carers ( some even just popped in to say hello or check she was ok outside a normal visit) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the care provided.
Just to let you know how pleased I am with the 24/7 care provided for Astrid. It’s good to know that Astrid has such good support and care from her carers and that she benefits from the relationship she has with them as a result of getting to know them and the carers understanding Astrid’s needs. I’m also pleased that you regularly update me on Astrid about her care and discussing any aspects of her ongoing care as and when necessary. I’m also very grateful that I can rely on you and your carers to provide such a consistently good level of care and advice.
